My client based in the Ipswich Town Centre are looking for people to join their Claims team. Ideally you will have experience within this industry but it is not essential as they are willing to train the right candidates. They are looking for someone hardworking who is driven to succeed.
This role includes the following duties:
Answering and signing of telephone calls in accordance with procedures
Keeping records of calls on the company’s IT systems where appropriate
Delivering excellent customer service at all times and assisting callers with help then and there when able
Communicating with all parties concerned with the claim by email, telephone or letter
Identifying potential fraudulent claims, repudiation and voidance
Handling complaints within company procedure
Manage a live caseload of claims across multiple clients
Reduce average claim life where possible and minimize claim spends following company policies and procedures.
Ideally you will have an understanding of the motor insurance industry or be from an insurance background. They are also looking for someone who is organised, able to prioritise a heavy workload and loves to work in a fast paced environment.

salary is from £17,000
Holiday is 20 days plus bank holidays but this does increase by every year by one day until it reaches 30 days.
