Are you an experienced administrator interested in working within an insurance team? Reed Insurance Brokerage Ltd are currently recruiting for an Insurance and Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Reed Insurance Brokerage Ltd is the insurance arm for the REED group, based in our Malta offices. Reporting to the General Manager, duties and responsibilities will be divided between Insurance Administration and Office Administration as follows:

Insurance:

• Administrative support and maintenance of the company’s insurance portfolio and schemes
• Administration of insurance claims including compiling of documentation, updating reports and maintenance of general enquiries
• Contributing, attending and coordination of meetings including the writing of minutes
• Support in the preparation of board / committee meeting packs in accordance with agreed timescales
• Management of archiving and filing processes

Office:

• Organising, arranging and coordination of meetings
• Manage travel arrangements - including booking of hotels and transport
• Arrange and prepare meeting packs and presentations
• Coordination of office events
• Answer, screen and direct incoming calls
• Order and maintain office supplies and groceries
• Liaise with IT specialists and service providers to resolve problems

The ideal candidate will have 2/3 years’ experience in an administrative position as well as a valid driving licence. Fluency in English and Maltese is essential. While no experience in Insurance is required, experience in a professional environment is essential.
