£22-27,000 dependent on experience, Plus Bonus (£3-4k year 1) plus excellent benefits :

My client is a privately own International organisation who are in a very strong growth year with over 35,000 customers worldwide including Blue Chip, SME’s Government and academic institutions and are growing stronger year on year!!!!


This role works closely with their Business Development Managers to develop and maintain favourable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue. Ensure that products and services consistently meet client needs. You will be responsible for providing sales quotations, sustaining and renewing client contracts; as well as systematically pursuing new customer opportunities.

Responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to:

Growing and maintain existing customer and partner relationships through pro-active sales activity
Managing quote creation, order processing and day-today customer and partner requests
Outbound calling to current customers on a daily basis
Support the sales effort and updates the database and communicates changes within the company
Prepare contract deliverable reports and keeps up to date with contractual terms and conditions
Setting client up on the online portal
Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with existing customers
Work closely with management and peers to complete training process
Develop strong knowledge of leading industry trends through on-going training with software publishers
Collaboratively work with assigned Business Development Manager (outside sales representative) to develop an overall territory account plan to maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers and partners
Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets and gross profit quotes with assigned field rep by prospecting new customers and selling through strategic partners in territory
Travel into designated territory when requested


Candidates should;

Have either IT industry experience or want to work with software
Have professional sales experience or interested in pursuing software sales
Have Customer Service experience
Be motivated and results driven
