My client is a leading non-for profit organisation within the South West London area, recruiting for an exceptional Income & Billings Analyst to join their accounts team.

Your duties will include prime responsibility for the management of all monthly income models and input of all recurring and one-off billings relating to one of the companies four divisions. The position is highly visible, and requires excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise, plan, motivate and give direction to other departments. You will work closely with the Sales Ledger Manager and Supervisor, who will support you and oversee your work. The role will also involve some UK travel to other locations within the organisation.

You will be working in the companies’ modern head office in the heart of South West London, accessible by excellent transport links. The local area is home to plenty of shops, pubs and cafes for lunch and general conveniences.


Throughout your year with the company you will receive support in order to hit your personal objectives. You will be mentored by the Sales Ledger Manager, who will support you and ensure you achieve your potential.

You will be an experienced sales ledger or billings professional, ideally from a charity or local authority background, looking for a fast paced and highly rewarding career move. Everyone in this company operates with the optimum efficiency and professionalism required to deliver exceptional results and achieve success. You will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role or within a sales ledger environment, exceptional attention to detail, communication and time management skills, and relish working as part of a collaborative team. You will possess strong IT skills, particularly in Excel. You will be a diligent, self-motivated and flexible individual, with the self-confidence to speak up and ask questions, and be relied upon to work efficiently when unsupervised.
This is a full time, permanent role.
