We are currently recruiting for 3 support roles.

1) A KS2 1:1 support with half a day in and half a day out of the school
2) A KS2 2:1 support role
3) A group support with some 1:1 time

The school is a special provisions, working with children from KS2-KS4 with SEMH. Within their curriculum they incorporate some more vocational hands on learning for the children with a hospitality and catering department for them to work in.
Finally, when asked for their USP, they described it as the "excellent effect of a nurturing environment" on the children. This nurturing environment helps the children gain some consistency with the full day including eating being in their room.

The Role:

Job Requirements:
• Relevant Teaching and Learning Support qualifications are desirable.

• Team Teach Certificate is required.

• Hands on experience in an education environment, specifically supporting secondary students with special educational needs.

• A wealth of interpersonal skills and a strong ability to communicate.

• High levels of confidence and a commitment to improving the support and progression of students with special educational needs.
