Inbound Customer Service Advisor - Shoeburyness - 9 - 5 Monday to Friday - £17,000pa - MUST be immediately available!

You will be required to work in a fast paced environment as part of a strong, buzzing office.

Due to increase in workload the company has decided to recruit another head to Support the team.

The business is looking for someone who is considering this position as a long term job where they can settle and grow with the company, as you will be provided with excellent career progression.

You will be working in a lovely, relaxed environment with a very low staff turnover. This opportunity is a Permanent job, with an immediate start.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual.
Previous experience within insurance claim handling is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities include-
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Complaints handling and problem solving
• Liaising with insurance providers
• Claims handling
• Handling renewals
• General Administration
• Dealing with customers queries

The successful candidate will have –
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Hard working, dedicated and motivated to deliver an
exceptional service to Customers at all time
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident on the telephone
