We are currently recruiting for quick thinking and helpful candidates to join the team as telephone call handlers. You will be on the front line for any customer queries and aim to develop a quick rapport and resolve various queries, some of sensitive nature. You will be provided with full training to maximise your potential and provide excellent customer service to our customers

Core responsibilities

· Answering incoming calls and making outbound call backs on sensitive project, answering queries

· If you are unable to answer a query, you will need to have the initiative to find out and call back

· General admin work may be required from time to time

· Detailed note taking of calls and queries

· High quality will be expected and required on all calls/work

· You will be dealing with confidential information, and therefore should be handled in a responsible manner and in line with the banks policies

The right candidate will be confident on the phone, have good computer skills and be able to work well in a high paced environment.

Working 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday with various starts between 8am and 10am

Pay Rate - £80 per day

Successful candidates will be expected to enter the role as a Limited Company Contractor (LCC) or via an Umbrella company.
