Are you currently employed within an IFA environment? Are you seeking a new challenge?

My client is a highly regarded Wealth Management Independent Financial Adviser firm based in Edinburgh, currently looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their successful team.

Essential:
• At least two years relevant experience within a financial adviser environment
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer
• Experience of Intelligent Office

You will be responsible for providing efficient administration support to the Financial Adviser and Office Manager
along with the administration of a variety of financial services products including investments, pensions and life products and process fund switches and re-balances. In addition, you will prepare new client packs, obtaining illustrations for clients and obtain values for client reviews. You will possess exemplary customer service skills, communicating with clients and providers by telephone and email to establish and maintain relationships and contribute to the growth of the business.
