I am actively recruiting for an IFA Administrator to join a small but successful team in Weston-Super-Mare.

Candidates should demonstrate a good level of industry knowledge, ideally having worked within an IFA and with exposure to Pensions, Investments and Protection and be able to work under pressure in a challenging and rewarding role.

Job Type Permanent, Full time (preferred) OR Part time considered. 


You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Adviser, dealing with enquiries, preparation of client valuations and reviews and processing and tracking new business and ideally writing suitability reports.

Ideally the successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

• Client Care and Service focused including excellent telephone manner
• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team
• The initiative to organise and prioritise your own workload
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good level of IT skills including Microsoft Office
