 My client a National Leading and successful IFA Practice is looking for an Administrator within Client Services to support the Paraplanners and Advisers within the business.  From an IFA administration background, the successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running quickly.  Working as part of a Team you will enable the Financial Planners to maintain a portfolio of their high networth clients. 

To be considered you must be able to outline the following:-

• 2 years’ experience in a Financial Services industry
• Good secretarial and numeracy skills with high degree of accuracy a pre-requisite
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages essential
• Desirable knowledge of Model Office
• Desirable NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration

The Key skills within this role are as follows:-

KEY TASKS (this list is not exhaustive)
• Prepare documentation for client appointments / meetings
• Undertake office duties, such as filing, post, stock and order systems, minute taking
• Completion of client reports
• Send prepared investment information / reports to clients
• Respond to client administrative inquiries, face to face, through telecommunications or letter
• Develop processes to support paraplanners and Financial advisors
• Maintain the integrity of ‘Model Office’ processes and databases
• Liaise with providers when necessary and communicate outcomes
• Assist with the retention and development of client relationships
• Assist in the identification and development of new clients
• Evidence CPD
