An exciting opportunity for a Part Time IFA Administrator to join an innovative Financial Adviser Firm!

This organisation is a focused business who strive to provide the best possible professional financial advice to all of their clients. They are looking for a hardworking IFA Administrator to join their team on a permanent part time basis.

Salary: £12,000-£14,000 dependant on experiance (21 hours a week)

Duties Include:

• Providing high quality administration and analytical support to clients and Financial Planners.
• Liaising with clients and providers, dealing with queries and requests.
• Maintaining and updating client information and systems.
• Obtaining client valuations and preparing client meeting packs.
• Downloading and analysing various management reports.
• Arrange and monitor client appointments; client valuations and illustrations.

An Ideal Candidate will have:

• Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IFA Administration role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills and a professional attitude.
• Understanding of industry regulations.
• Knowledge and experience of pension, investment, and employee benefits admin.
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Excel and Word packages.
• Able to work within a small team under own initiative and to deadlines.
