IFA Administrator - Essex - 20-25k (Experience Required)
My client is a proactive and engaging financial services provider looking to expand the team as workload has increased.
You will be supported on your Journey to progress but only candidates with specific IFA Administration experience can be considered.
Ideally you will have started your diploma having taken RO1 or more. You will have worked for an IFA supporting them and Paraplanners for atleast 6 Months.
The role will be to support the team with their financial services administration.
Including tasks such as reviewing and checking client suitability letters.
Client liaising and housekeeping.
Inputting and maintenance on customer database.
Checking and sending letters of authority.
Organising and preparing client meetings.
Reviewing case files with a compliance element in mind.
Being a point of contact for clients with questions or queries about their holdings/products.
There will be a multitude of tasks but with plenty of chances to learn and pick up the depth of process.
