Our Client, a high quality Financial Advisory firm based in Bury St Edmunds are looking to recruit an experinced IFA Administrator to join their growing team! This Practice is well established and highly successful, distributing a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and adaptable Administrator to be based in a busy office ensuring the business generated by the Practice is processed correctly and in a timely manner, whilst also making and receiving telephone calls on behalf of the Practice.

The role includes, but not limited to;

• To support the Partner firm and Adviser by dealing effectively with the day to day business operation
• To assist the Adviser to take the business forward with creativity and positivity to safely meet the Partner firm and Adviser goals
• To implement, operate & maintain (as directed) effective systems, processes and procedures which enable advisor to optimise client meetings
• To assist the Adviser with Practice finances efficiently and in a timely manner to meet deadlines and co-ordinate with accounts dept. as directed
• To monitor business reports and statistical analysis to identify challenges and grow the Partner firms Practice
• Oversee and manage the submission of all client applications/advise sets in support of the Partner firm and adviser
• Support the Adviser to ensure all relevant information required for writing the client report is available
• To attend & contribute to regular update meetings with the directors and Advisers
• Assist the Partner firm and adviser in the creation and maintenance of the annual marketing plan
• Support the Partner firm and Adviser with the creation, authorisation and audit trail of adverts and advertising material

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, IT proficient and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style. Ideally you have been working for an IFA or Financial Services company and have experience of the administration of either Pension, Investment or Protection products. You have excellent communication skills and are highly organised.
