 Our client a well-respected IFA are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their Edinburgh branch.

As a IFA Administrator, you will provide full administrative support to the financial planners, and liaise with product providers, clients, and other colleagues via the telephone as well as face to face. You will work across a full range of financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the business processing side runs smoothly liaising with client, the adviser and financial institutions.
• To record and maintain accurate data using the Company’s back office computer system (Intelligent Office)
• Ensure that tasks and responsibilities are carried out to a high standard of accuracy with set timescales.
• Preparing Client valuations
• Preparing Client review packs
• Ensuring advisers have the necessary documentation for Client meetings.

You must have experience working within the financial services industry to be successful in your application
