My client is a successful wealth management practice with qualified, experienced consultants, whose main focus is to ensure a smooth running of a long term investment.
My client is seeking for an experienced, ambitious IFA Administrator. The ideal candidate will come from an experienced administrative background in Financial Services.
Onsite parking is available at the location
Duties as Followed:
Provide administrative support to the advisers and paraplanners.
Manage the administration workflow
Implement and review processes
Maintain up to date client records and data using our back-office database, Intelliflo
Obtain plan information from providers
Process and track new business applications
Liaise with clients and providers
Skills / Experience Required:
Previous experience in an IFA environment or similar financial background is essential as is working on investment platforms (eg Standard Life Wrap, Elevate)
Interpersonal - team working and communicating with clients remotely
Ability to prioritise
Computer literate – Outlook, Word, Excel
