Our client is looking for an experienced FS/IFA administrator to join their successful practice in Bolton.  Candidates are offered the opportunity of working within a high performing team where you will be supporting 2 Senior IFA's.

Key Duties:
• Day to day running of the practice
• Processing and monitoring of business (new and existing);
• Inputting and maintaining confidential client records and managing accurately and efficiently;
• Diary Management, preparing meetings packs and arranging client meetings;
• Ordering stationery, office equipment
• Supporting local client servicing and marketing campaigns.
• Assisting the Client Servicing Director and Client Servicing Manager with key projects.
• Welcoming clients and professional connections to the office.

Key skills required:
• Experience of working as an administrator/PA within Financial services, preferably IFA administration
• Preferred experience within a financial background (IFA or Financial Services company)
• Strong IT skills, MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel);
• Excellent organisational and communication skills;
• Good numeracy skills with close attention to detail;
• High levels of integrity, handling confidential information and sensitive matters in a professional manner at all times;
• Able to demonstrate an adaptable/flexible approach to work
• Ability to work under own direction and within a team
