Wealth Management Practice based just outside Whiteley are recruiting within their highly successful, large and busy team for a IFA Administration Team Leader/ Office Manager to oversee and assist in the development of the businesses more Junior members of the team.

You will be looking after a team of 3, and will be covering all aspects of IFA Administration, with a strong focus on Pensions and Investments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of WRAP platforms and have experience within a IFA Practice.

Duties such as….
• Create and maintain filing systems / client files
• Oversee outgoing work from team members
• Provide training and guidance where necessary
• Ensure documents are fully FCA compliant
• Arrange meetings / book appointments
• Update and maintain the firm’s records
• Update and maintain the firm’s diary system
• Submitting new business
• Compiling Client Reviews
• Liaising with clients
• Monitor receipt of commission / fee payments from clients
• To attend meetings as and when required
