Human Resources Administration Opportunities

Do you have previous experience in Human Resources or HR Administration roles? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work within a local authority as part of a dynamic team?

If yes, we have a number of fantastic roles based across Greater Manchester, for various Local Authorities, with immediate starts on short and long term temporary assignments.

The principle duties within these positions will enable you to provide important advice and support to existing Human Resources teams and managers across the organisations.

This may include supporting the recruitment process, providing advice on employment regulations and processes and ensuring all payroll deadlines are met. General administration duties will also be conducted in order to ensure the smooth running of the wider teams.

As the ideal candidate you will therefore have:

- Knowledge of Employment Law, statutory legislation and safeguarding processes.

- Experience in providing Human Resources and payroll support, including knowledge of PAYE.

- Ability to use case management systems, SAP, and all Microsoft Office packages.

- Practical understanding of e-recruitment and the preparation and placing of adverts.

- Strong administration skills and experience of providing support to a variety of teams.

The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast paced and outcome focused environments. You will possess great attention to detail, communication skills, and be able to provide excellent customer service.
