REED are working exclusively with a growing organisation in Norwich, recruiting for the position of Hub Agent to join the team in January.
This is a Permanent, full time role, working hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.
The role will involve handling enquiries from customers, building customer relationships, providing information on services, and upselling additional services.
We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills, a drive to succeed, a professional and engaging telephone manner, and skills within sales/upselling.
Salary of £20,000 plus bonus of between £5,000 - £10,000 per year.
25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, and an extra day off for your birthday
