We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Transactional Services Co-ordinator, working at a Leading Local Authority in Greater Manchester. This is a temporary full-time role, initially for the next 2 - 3 months.
You will need to have an oversight of all work areas including schools, covering all aspects of HR Administration as part of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit ensuring that resources are deployed effectively.
Under the direction and guidance of the Senior HR Business Partners, you will actively contribute to ensuring that HR Transactional service runs effectively and efficiently.
Resolve day to day queries from team members promptly and professionally.
Responsible for quality assurance, system, and service improvement.
To represent the service, division and council at appropriate forums and events.
Act as a co-ordinator to ensure that the HR Transactional Service Functions effectively, as a key component of the Business Partnering Team.
Develop and foster effective working relationships with team members and business partners to ensure that the service understands the needs of our customers and responds appropriately.
Support the development of the HR Transactional Service, reviewing and improving procedures to improve and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Contribute to the day-to-day management of the transactional Team, supporting the employee recruitment, development and performance processes as required.
Respond to day-to-day queries from the team, with a view primarily to resolution or escalation to Business Partners for further guidance where necessary.
- Must have previous HR Transactional Services experience within a local authority
- Recently CIPD Qualified, or in process of completing the qualification
