REED HR is recruiting a permanent HR Administration Shared Services Team Leader for our Leatherhead client.
You will be reporting to the HR Manager being responsible for delivering operational HR services to employees and managers across the UK business.
- Team Leadership - of a team of 4 HR Assistants
- HR Admin Management - providing expertise on the effective delivery of effective day to day HR services.
- Standardising Practices - working towards consistent working practice across the board
- HR Policies and Information - managing, reviewing and updating
The successful candidate will be/ have;
- Proven experience in an operational HR capacity or HR shared services
- HR qualification or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Experience with and good knowledge of UK pensions, governance and legislation
- Team Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, develop and coach a team
- Experience of implementing new systems, projects, processes or ways of working
- Stakeholder management skills, internal and external
