My client is an award winning leading international law firm, providing clients with commercially aware legal advice. They have over 1,600 employees across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Their clients include leading financial institutions and a significant number of present FTSE 100 and Fortune Global 500 companies

Acting as the HR “Business Owner” for Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP) workstream project, you will work with the AX HR Consultant, Project team, HR colleagues and other departments to manage and implement required changes. You will work with HR colleagues in UK and internationally to determine process efficiencies, recommending changes and coordinating with the relevant departments and individuals to project manage the necessary changes.

Responsibilities will include:

• Development, maintenance and support for the Online Performance Management System
• Assessing and delivering the work required for various appraisal processes throughout the year with international offices/relevant process owner.
• Project managing system changes and reconfiguration
• Creating supporting documentation and providing support and training to end users
• Providing recurring reports and respond to ad hoc requests for information and statistics.
• Maintaining the structure of the HR department’s intranet site, updating documentation, improving processes and informing users of expired content.
• Project managing ad-hoc projects
• Resolve user issues
• Ensuring HR data is maintained and updated and accurate. Leading any regular activities to audit and correct data
• Define and map HR processes


• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Excellent IT skills, Advanced MS Office – in particular Excel
• Practical Project Management experience and/or qualification and knowledge of       methodologies
• Experience of HR processes and repeated activities (quick learning graduates would be considered)
• Knowledge of databases and reporting tools
• An understanding of HR systems to supports such processes as:

o performance appraisals
o salary reviews
o benefits arrangements
o payroll

• Ideally will have experience of working in a large law firm, organisation or professional partnership
• Ability to prioritise competing work demands and requests
You should have:
• Outstanding communication and relationship building skills, particularly listening and adapting styles of communication to influence technical stakeholders, non-technical stakeholders and International colleagues
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

It will be necessary for the successful candidate to go through a background screening process

Based in Bristol

Salary range £25,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience
