If you are an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant with a solid understanding and knowledge of SAP/Successfactors systems and can demonstrate excellent attention to detail this could be the perfect role for you.

You will play a key role in providing an efficient monthly payroll service to 240 employees across two sites in the UK, and two small modified payrolls. You will manage tax year end activities, and payroll audit processes.

Daily duties:
• Manage monthly changes to the payroll including starters, leavers, and amendments and submitting to our payroll bureau before director approval.
• Ensuring that any data changes are reflected in our HR system to keep data current.
• Administering changes to pensions and submitting a monthly pensions upload to our provider.
• Adding new cycle to work contracts, annual leave purchase arrangements and childcare vouchers.
• Year end processing including P11D and P60, as well as the annual PSA submission.
• You will be the ‘go to’ person for our HR colleagues across the world in respect of day to day queries with Success Factors (SAP based HR System).
• Lead training workshops for new starters, global HR colleagues and system upgrades.
