What you will be doing:
• Responsible for all HR Operations activities for the Budapest office
• Responsible for employee on-boarding and supporting the employee life cycle including benefits education and enrolment, leave support, document management, and termination processing
• Payroll processing and administration for Hungary in collaboration with the external payroll agent
• Other administrative and supportive duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• Fluent in Hungarian and English
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources within a multinational company (experience in finance or SSC sector is an advantage)
• Good time management skills and independent working
• Excellent knowledge and practical experience in Hungarian labor law, policies, and regulations
• Proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel
