Reed HR are currently working alongside a large housing association based in Middlesex who are looking for an experienced Interim HR & L&D Administrator. 

This is a temporary position

Job Summary     

To support the Human Resources (HR) / Learning & Development (L&D) functions through the provision of administration and excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsabilities 

1. General Administration

• Undertake a range of administrative duties to support the effective running of the team including electronic filing, photocopying, printing and assisting applicants and staff with queries regarding the HRIS (HR Information System) system via email, Lync or telephone.

• Input data to the HRIS to a high degree of accuracy and update any other databases as required.

• Ensure that all records are accurately and confidentially maintained.

• Type documents and minutes from meetings and prepare presentations

• Process invoices which come into the team on the electronic purchasing system and solve any queries

• Collate information and create spreadsheets or format existing ones.

• Update relevant team pages on the companies portal 

2. Learning & Development - Support the L&D Co-ordinator to:

• Update, maintain and manage training records on HRIS

• Order lunches taking into account dietary requirements

• Maintain all meeting and training rooms within the office

• Create training evaluation surveys via Survey Monkey and download these for review, identifying trends and issues.

• Maintain, update and ensure compliance for First Aid Courses

• Print resources and aids for internal and external training delivery

• Produce L&D data analysis
