What you will be doing:

• Handle customer queries/requests on HR Services, escalated by HR Contact Centre Representative
• Apply organizational policies, practices and procedures to analyse situations or data from which customer query/request can be readily resolved
• Investigate on requests which cannot be resolved by analysing the nature of the request / diagnosing the problem and route them to the appropriate next line support within company; prioritize issues
• Collaborate with other team members of the company, as necessary, to resolve complex customer queries/requests in payroll
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and research inconsistencies in information before resolving customer query
• Develop reports, data files and/or audits as required by 3rd parties and Vendors
• Serve as a Tier 2 Concierge for RPCs across the company network for continuous improvement
• Validate as necessary applicable vendor queries e.g., data mgmt., systems to ensure timely and accurate payroll run
• Support HR Contact Centre to document information regarding customer queries and resolution regarding payroll according to standard operating procedures and produce reports when necessary
• Support maintenance of knowledge management within the HR Contact Centre; update latest HR policies and procedures on payroll
• Be up to speed on the latest policy changes in HR services and then train the HR Contact Centre representatives on the changes as applicable for Local HR or Employee knowledge
• Engage with third party agencies as and when and key performance indicators. Provide inputs as required on vendor performance

Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent English
• 5+ years working in a shared service environment/ customer service environment
