Location:Bristol city sentre 

Exciting opportunity to work with a large organisation in Bristol and support the recruitment function on a 3 months fixed term contract. This role plays a key role in implementing recruitment campaigns and outreach activities. You will work alongside line managers to scope out desired outcomes from recruitment campaigns and deliver advice and support to deliver these outcomes.

Resourcing Delivery:

Provide managers with advice regarding resourcing and recruitment options including implementation of the Apprenticeship strategy.
Advise managers regarding recruitment process and best practice
Provide recruitment briefings and training 
Act as Staff Panel facilitator
Ensure recruitment guidance is maintained and up to date.
Ensure compliance with legislation and Recruitment Principles
Liaise with 3rd party suppliers, maintaining Apprenticeship portal
Provide reports and analyse recruitment and resourcing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Ensure recruitment guidance is maintained and up to date.
Coordinate and facilitate outreach activities

Customer/Stakeholder relationships:


Promote and deliver excellent customer service.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Liaise with internal and external parties and stakeholders to build effective relationships necessary to facilitate a successful and innovative outreach programme

Team:

Build effective and supportive relationships within teams, across the Inspectorate and with stakeholders. Work together with others to assist the delivery of organisational strategic objectives.
Share process improvements and efficiency ideas and solutions to enhance team and organisational performance.
Listen and act upon feedback and take responsibility for self-development.
Be a role model for PINS Core Values.
Make decisions that are in the overall interest of the Inspectorate and the successful delivery of the strategic plan. *If applicable.
Ensure personal and organisational data is stored and managed in line with organisational policies and procedures.
Knowledge of PINS and in particular the challenges faced in recruiting in specific areas.
CIPD level 5 qualified or a willingness to study towards this qualification.
Customer focus.
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Experience of working within Civil Service HR recruitment.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage a number of vacancies at once.
Experience of having worked in recruitment with knowledge of different routes to market.
Strong communication skills and experience of interviewing.
Ability to produce reports and data on resourcing.
Knowledge of employment law and, in particular, equality and diversity legislation.
Keen eye for detail
