Reed HR are working with a well known organisation to recruit a HR Policy and ER Manager on a Permanent basis. 

This role will be responsible for line managing several Employee Relations Specialists, and will work with the HR team to create, review, and put in place the HR policies as required by the organisation. 

As well as looking after HR Policy, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of service with regards to Employee Relations, handling high level casework with the greatest accuracy, analyse the relevant data, liaising with key stake holders to identify key performance areas that need impovement. 

This is a senior level position, and so it is critical that any applying candidates, have excellent experience with Employee Relations casework, as well as strategic HR Policy review. You will be required to line manage a team, as well as consistently liaise with Key Stakeholders on a daily basis. 

The ideal candidate will be confident, and able to demonstrate precision with any HR and employment law issues they will be asked to handle.
