We are looking for an experienced HR Officer who has key experience working with HR systems to work for a forward thinking organisation on the outskirts of Cardiff.

This is a permanent post, salary circa £28-30k with other benefits on top.  

You will be working as part of the HR Shared Service function and you will be responsible for coordinating the support and administration of the HRIS system. You will provide a service for all the first line requests.

You will provide support to the HR information and systems manager with things such as reporting, integration queries, data analytics/ use of excel, data audits and other duties within the team.

You will oversee the day to day work of the HRIS inbox and respond within the SLA's given
You will assist in responding to first line support for queries / requests linked to the HR Systems
You will build relationships with key customers
Assist in the development, maintenance and delivery of all processes, systems and procedures and putting together training guides for all systems.

You will act as the HRIS expert within the organisation 

You will need to be familiar and comfortable using a HR database and know how to administer a HR system. 

Other key requirements include:

High level excel skills e.g vlookups, pivot tables
Experience of working in a shared service environment desirable
Excellent communication skills
Experience of business process mapping, design and review
Excellent analytical skills
Experience of working in a busy environment processing large volumes of data
CIPD Qualification desirable
