Our Central/West London based client is seeking a talented HR Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.

What does the role entail?

As HR Officer you will be looking after the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, offer letters, sending of contracts and interviewing to onboarding and induction through to the leaver process. You will also assist with sickness, appraisals and PIP’s whilst assisting the HR Manager with strategical HR. With regards to Payroll you will gather and input the data, as well as looking after the benefits administration including staff pensions, season ticket loans, eye care and bank changes to name a few. As HR Officer you will also have the chance to get involved in projects whether it is around the system currently being used or perhaps improving employee engagement and morale. There will also be a variety of other HR Administrative duties too.

What skills will you have?

You will have gained experience working in a similar HR officer role and may have perhaps started studying CIPD (this would be an added bonus but not essential), you will be a real people person who is confident and approachable happy to discuss all manner of issues with employees. You will be working within a collaborative, close knit, hardworking and friendly team where people’s voices are heard and there is still that personal touch, so this role would suit you if you are someone with a similar ethos.

What is on offer?

On offer for this exciting and involved Part Time HR Officer role is a salary of £26,000 pro rata. The added bonus to this role is the flexibility around the days you work as long as they are 3 full days and include Monday’s.
