This role is full time for 39 weeks per year and permanent, 8.30-4pm.
Role and Responsibilities:
Experience in HR
First point of call for all HR queries
Strong Communication skills
Maintain all HR systems
Strong skills in Microsoft Office
Advising managers on lower level HR issues
Preparing documents for outsourced HR advisors
Recruiting, advertising roles and interviewing candidates
Produce data reports
Experience in a higher compliance industry
Pre employment checking, DBS, CQC etc.
Safeguarding and acting as a role model to students
Conducting performance reviews, starters, leavers, sickness, advising payroll
Strong Admin skills
