What does the role entail?
As HR Officer you will be great with processes, policies and procedures, as well as being the go to for employees with regards to all there HR queries. Although advising and coaching Managers will be a big part of your job you will not be involved in complex ER cases, more likely you will be assisting with completing return to works, probation meetings and similar duties.
What skills will you have?
You will have worked in a similar HR role where you will have experience mentoring, coaching and advising managers as well as advising employees on policies and procedures and a raft of HR queries. You will be an approachable individual with impeccable communication skills both written and spoken and importantly you must be ready to start now! Ideally you will have studied or be studying CIPD, or have equivalent qualifications and may have a background in a professional service organisation, however this is not essential.
What is on offer?
Working in a close knit, hardworking and friendly team on offer initially is a 3 month contract to join this well respected client and on offer depending on your level of experience is a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (pro rata for the contract)
