Reed HR are delighted to be working with our client in Belfast City Centre who are seeking to recruit an HR Officer with strong HR Generalist skills 

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance on day to day HR queries
Manage employee relations issues including investigations, disciplinary and grievances
Complete end to end recruitment, screening, interviewing and selection process plus monitor fair employment
Responsible for absence management, support performance management and capability
Prepare new contracts and offer letters and complete induction for new starters
Be first point of contact for all HR queries on policies and procedures
Responsible for all relevant administration including employee correspondence and letters
Assist in the preparation of payroll for multiple locations
Maximise use of internal HR systems, inputting data, updating information and responding to all employee queries and escalating where appropriate
Demonstrate excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills building strong working relationships

Educated to degree level
CIPD Qualification or working towards this
Good working knowledge of employment law and experience of dealing with employee relations issues
End to end recruitment and selection experience with good understanding of equality monitoring processes and procedures
Strong administration skills, highly organised and well planned
Able to demonstrate specific examples of working under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication at all levels
