What does the role entail?
This HR Officer job will be a nice Generalist position where you will have the opportunity to get stuck in to a variety of areas including advising managers on ER issues as well as policies and procedures, looking after some of the benefit and reward administration, dealing with the Payroll inputting (don’t worry it is outsourced) as well as the other bits around the Payroll including queries, ad hoc HR projects as well as some general HR duties and admin. You will have some involvement in the recruitment process and you will also be the 1st point of contact for HR related queries.
What skills should you have?
You will be a positive, self-motivated and hardworking individual with experience working within a similar position. You may also be studying your CIPD or perhaps already have a HR qualification, but most importantly you must have a passion for HR. You will be a multi tasker, organised with the ability to prioritise, approachable and empathetic, as well as being highly articulate with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both written and spoken.
What is on offer?
Well.. on offer for this HR Officer job is a nice long 12 month full time contract which has the potential to roll/extend or go permanent. On top of this a generous salary range of £26,000 - £30,000 is on offer dependent upon your experience.
