You will work as part of the HR team, reporting in to the HR manager, who is an experienced HR professional who will be an excellent mentor to the person in this post.
The role is a generalist HR role that encompasses a range of HR duties. The role is relatively low on ER but there will be a lot of project work and working closely with managers across the business.
Some of the projects coming up will be around enhanced communication, updating of policies and recruitment.
One of the big challenges will be to build internal relationships and be involved in coaching and advising managers on a range of HR issues.
To be considered for this role you must have previous hands on experience in HR and be qualified in at least CIPD level 3 (or equiv).
You will be an excellent communicator and have experience working with senior management.
Other requirements will be excellent attention to detail, highly organized and be up to date with employment law.
