Our growing consultancy client based in Central London is currently searching for a well-rounded HR Office Manager to join their team initially on a permanent basis paying £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

What does the role entail?

As the HR Office Manager you will be a part of the management team and report in to the directors looking after the needs of up to 50 staff, where you will also directly line manage a member of staff too. You will ensure legal compliance for the company ensuring ISO standards are met and maintained. You will be the go to person for all ER issues as well as general HR enquiries and cover a generalist remit. On top of this there will be a number of office duties that will fall under your remit as well as ad hoc duties.

What skills will you have?

You will have worked in a similar HR Office Manager role where you will perhaps have looked after another member of staff and their development and ideally will also possess a HR qualification. You will have excellent attention to detail, a true organiser and multi tasker, a great communicator who is approachable, possess a high degree of confidentiality with the aptitude to work in a fast paced environment. You will have good knowledge of UK employment law and be able to implement, amend and enforce policies and procedures.
