A premium chain based in central and south London are recruiting for a standalone HR Manager (Generalist), there is a focus on seasonal recruitment, with inducting, training, mentoring, advising staff on all HR matters and reward and retention.

Reporting into the senior management team, this is an fabulous opportunity to join a growing family run business.

The Role:

Managing the whole 360 recruitment process, from advertising, shortlisting, recruitment days and ETW, to contracts

Implementation of induction process to new starters and online training programmes to all staff.

Assist in the implementation of stages 2 and 3 of the new online hr system

Provide HR advice and guidance to stakeholders, managers and staff

Support managers during any disciplinary and grievance processes

Carry out investigations or disciplinaries when required

Ensure all company policies are compliant and up to date with current UK legislation 

Manage all company records, sickness, holiday etc.

Conduct return to work interviews

The Candidate:
You will be experienced in high volume recruitment, either retail or fast food.
Ideally you will be CIPD level 5 or equivalent
You will have up to date knowledge of UK employment law and data protection (GDPR)
You will be IT literate 
You will be 'hands on' with experience of working within a small family business
