My client based on the edge of Tunbridge wells have an urgent need for a HR Manager to join them for an initial 3 month interim role. This has potential to be extended or to go perm. They have the ability to start this candidate from home due to ongoing guidelines.
-Creating and implementing new people strategies with a heavy focus on recruitment and retention of staff.
-Implementing company policies and procedures surrounding employee engagement
-Overseeing all employee relations issue including being the lead in disciplinary and grievances investigations.
-Working alongside the business to implement and grow the company alongside growth plans
-To lead on change and redundancy process
-Managing the starter and leaver process of the employee lifecycle
-Supporting management projects
