This role carries an excellent above average salary of £63,500 and will be based in the Head Office.
Key task will include the following, can you demonstrate experience in
Reviewing and continuously developing HR policy and procedure in line with current legislation
Management of complex ER
Line management of 2 x HR Specialist to ensure they perform to the best of their ability
Reward and benefits strategy
Positively influencing performance through robust performance management channels
Providing advice on change management and restructure/TUPE
Talent mapping/succession planning
Promoting diversity and inclusion throughout the business
