My client, an expanding organisation based in Haywards Heath is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to join them on an initial 6 month FTC to cover a secondment.
Reporting into the MD, Duties include:
- Managing HR function of 2
- Leading on all HR matters including complex ER cases
- Coaching line managers through Disciplinary& Grievance process
- End to end Recruitment for more Senior appointments
- Undertaking salary review process
- Providing HR commentary to SLT
- HR projects
The ideal candidate will be available immediately and have extensive ER experience as well as a strong generalist HR background. CIPD qualification would be advantageous but its really the strong HR Management level experience my client is looking for.
