Delighted to be working with a fantastic Leisure company in the beautiful area of North Norfolk. A standalone HR Manager role, this job is fast paced and challenging but is an integral part of the Senior Management Team and reporting directly into the Chief Executive. 

The HR Manager will look after a team of circa 50 staff. This is a generalist HR Manager position working alongside the Office Manager. The HR Manager role is a permanent position and will pay up to £32k depending on experience. 

Key duties...

- Supporting Managers with recruitment advice; liaise with external recruitment partners as necessary and provide support throughout interview and on-boarding process
- Work closely with line managers on employee performance, absence, grievance and disciplinary management
- Support to line managers and employees with compensation and benefits; including salary bench marking 
- Design and implement training strategies and support line managers with performance reviews
- Develop and update HR policies and documents including Employment Contracts and Employee Handbook
- Develop employee retention and engagement initiatives, in line with company culture and values
- Adhoc duties as required to support the team

You must have...

- Generalist HR experience
- Recruitment expertise
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- CIPD qualified or similar experience
