What does the role entail?
Reporting to the Operations Director you will work across a number of sites. As the HR Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of employee relations, learning and development, performance and career management and talent and engagement. Attending sites you will conduct 121s, consultation meetings and advise and oversee on ER issues such as disciplinaries, absence management and grievances. You will ensure managers are adhering to company policies and procedures as well as best practices and where necessary advising on any changes in UK employment law.
What skills will you have?
You will have a successful track record in a similar role with strong generalist experience. Along with this you will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to build and maintain relationships, whilst working under pressure and maintain focus and accuracy. You will be known to your colleagues as a proactive and positive individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and have knowledge of TUPEs and redundancy processes. In an ideal world you will have similar industry experience and knowledge of Fourth Hospitality system.
