Reed HR  are working with a Charity based in South East London to recruit a HR Manager on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract

This position is a generalist HR role within a team, and will be resposible for managing the HR processes on a day to day basis. 

This will include, but not be limited to the following: 

- Provide professional, operations HR advice in accordance with the organisations values, best HR practice and employment law
- Management of the  HR Team, promoting as well as maintaining best HR practice across the organisation
- Manage the organisations Recruitment process - ensuring all recruitment runs smoothly, and making the best use of the budgets given.
- Assist HR Director in the planning and implementation of organisation wide  HR projects as required. 
- Manage the process of HR policy development and implementation
- Advise and assist with any and all Employee Relations casework, including complex cases. 



The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is a very strong HR generalist and has excellent experience with managing a HR team.

You will have confidence liaising and working with Key stakeholders as well as the Senior Leadership Team.
