REED is seeking a candidate who in the ideal case has experience in IT and knowledge of HR, who would like to work on global projects, has an analytical mind, has experience with cloud based vendors and is looking for a new challenge!

• Analyse HR business and information technology processes and prepare essential groundwork for business process and application changes
• Network with other Analysts to understand how HR IT solutions are deployed in other areas to solve business problems
• Participate in requirements gathering interviews, workshops, and/or existing systems documentation or procedures and use prototyping, where possible, to solidify client requirements
• Further participate in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of business solutions
• Work in project teams and discuss with project leaders possible project risks and other potential issues of importance
• Document the results of analysis activities using the appropriate templates or analysis tools
• Coordinate often with a cloud based vendor for Global HR recruiting and onboarding and lead system upgrades and patches

We are looking for:
• A degree within Business or IT area is welcome
• 1-3 years of experience in IT, business process, or consulting roles
• Ability to rapidly assimilate assigned business area's products and processes
• Knowledge and experience in gathering requirements, functional design, and working with business processes
• Understanding how IT affects an organization; ability to link it to redesigned processes
• System configuration, cloud based vendor coordination experience preferred
• Good technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing
