Reed HR are currently working alongside a large Government body based in South West London who are looking for an experienced Interim HR Officer.

 The HR Officer will provide effective coordination and support to the Team in all activities related to capacity development activities, organising and scheduling Inductions, on-boarding activities, online learning platforms and other blended-learning and skills programs.

The post holder will provide support in the following areas of the training cycle:

Design and Preparation

• Collating information, producing and distributing in required formats
• Producing high quality presentations
• Liaising with various client groups across the organisation
• Produce reports in Excel, using our HR System (Open HR) to extract data.

Delivery and Logistics


• Assisting with delivery of Inductions and skills development sessions
• Booking rooms and ensuring appropriate equipment is organised
• Ordering and overseeing lunches
• Coordinating schedules and attendance of training programmes

Evaluation

• Assist with creating and designing templates
• Assist in designing and developing evaluation processes
• Produce reports and useful training evaluation statistics
• Assist in creating simple online surveys
• Assisting with testing and piloting new online learning platforms

Internal Learning Processes and Procedures

• Assisting with any needs analysis or employee engagement surveys
• Co-ordinating with external training providers
• Assist in developing and streamlining robust learning and development processes such as training authorisation, learning transfer agreements and on-boarding programmes
• Assist with ongoing work to ensure current organisational platforms and tools are supporting the organisation’s learning and development objectives as effectively as possible
