Role- HR Generalist
- Producing a learning and development strategy for the business
- Recruitment and selection- responsible for hosting interviews and setting out interview guidelines for hiring managers
- Policy writing
- Strategic action planning
- Dealing with key stakeholders
- Research and develop HR policies and procedures
- Design and implement company core values
My client is looking for someone that has a passion for HR and is comfortable in a stand alone position reporting Directly to the company Chief Operating Officer.
