A well-established construction organisation is looking to recruit an HR Generalist to join their team based at their Epsom office. This is a permanent position offering a salary of up to £33,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage the employee induction process and carry out all new hire HR orientations
- Act as the first point of contact for all ER queries
- Management and maintenance of SAP system for the UK offices, running reports for senior management and HR manager as required
- Assistance with general Training and Development administration and record keeping
- Provide information to managers and staff about HR policies, procedures and processes
- Work closely with HR colleagues across the business to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice
- Managing the Appraisals and Probation meeting process, following up with paperwork
- Management of grievance and disciplinary procedures
- Management of Kronos system for HR support. Updating Kronos profiles as required and providing general assistance to employees
- Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/development

You will have:
- Advisory level experience in Human Resources
- CIPD Part Qualified desirable
- High level of communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in data analysis and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, SAP, Kronos and Sharepoint
