An opportunity has arisen for an individual experienced in Employee Relations and Administration to join their busy team in West Sussex.
The role will mainly entail collating documents, reports and evidence and carrying out investigations into complex employee relations cases before passing them to advisors for hearings/disciplinaries/grievances etc.
The working hours will be workload dependant, but as an average throughout the year you should have 3-4 days per week.
This role will require a flexible individual willing to travel to different locations locally.
*To conduct and manage the investigations of complex gross misconduct cases or serious cases realted to Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
*CQC and safeguarding awareness desirable
*Comply with company policies and procedures
*Comply with health and safety regulations and procedures
*Report evidence and mitigation to enable thourough investigation and resolutions can be reached within a timeframe
*Evaluate and review the investigation process throughout
*Liaising with third party investigations
*Attend Employee Relations case hearings
*Maintain communication with line managers, HR and staff involved in investigation
*Previous Employee Relations experience
*Strong administration and communication skills
