Are you an experienced Workplace Efficiency Manager with a background ideally covering HR and Health & Safety with exceptional analytical abilities, collaborative working techniques and possessing a prowess for change management with regard to efficiency and performance?

Well if you said yes our London based client a consultancy, who offers facilities management service across the globe would like to add to their successful business a Workplace Efficiency and Performance Manager with a solid Health and Safety background.



What does the role entail?

In your role as Workplace Efficiency and Performance Manager you will deliver and maintain Workplace/Flexible working across the region, delivering workplace innovation and initiatives to users including change management. As part of the role you will provide input on developing layout plans, keeping in mind Health and Safety as well as HR processes at all times. You will also create processes, seating/moving plans and transition movement plans too, liaising with property teams to improve workplace efficiencies, whilst working with delivery partners to drive a more integrated and consistent approach to workplace strategies. You will also be a strong influencer who is passionate, tough, self driven and able to challenge as well as push through important process change.



What skills will you have?

You will have worked in a similar role driving improvement in efficiency and performance management, have an appreciation of facilities management whilst ideally possessing HS&E qualifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH. You will be a good planner, organiser and prioritiser with the willingness to learn, develop and grow in the business, possessing exceptional communication skills, adaptability to new software and happy working alone and in a team. You will also have experience with regard to workplace planning and design, to ensure fluid office working, hot desking and maximising the utilisation of building space
