This is a temporary to permanent HR opportunity requiring a candidate with previous HR experience.
This role will be permanently remote working as part of a team of 5 HR professionals. The role is with a national company who need extra support with low level HR queries.
The key element of this role will be answering HR queries that come into the HR inbox, these could be from both managers and employees and will be broad in content.
As such, it will be essential that the successful candidate has a strong, generalist understanding of HR in order to be able to answer these queries and also that you are able to work in a fast paced environment in a proactive manner to ensure queries are answered within required timeframes.
